1. Receipt of orders

2. Establishment of the purchase contract
The purchase contract is created by the acceptance of the buyer’s order by the seller.
3. Prices
Prices are governed by the current price list of the online store www.sonnecrystal.com.
We reserve the right to change prices.
4. Sending orders
The next business day after receiving payment for the order. Delivery of the order to your address usually 24 hours after dispatching the order. Through the transport company SPS, p. r. about. we deliver only in the territory of the European Union.
5. Postage and packing

The product you ordered is fragile and subject to a thorough inspection. It is stored in the original packaging, which is packed in the so-called bubble wrap, which sufficiently absorbs any shocks during transport. We then send the shipment with the paid service insured and fragile (intended for sending glass).
6. Delivery time
Stock goods are sent in 1-3 working days from the date of receipt of payment for the order, but no later than 14 days. If the goods are not in stock, the buyer will be informed about the time of delivery of the goods. We reserve the right to extend the delivery time in the event of unforeseen events. However, the buyer will be informed immediately. The seller is not responsible for delivery delays and for damage that was caused as a result of the buyer’s dictation of the wrong correspondence address when ordering or incorrectly filled it in the order form.
7. The buyer is obliged
Accept the purchased or ordered goods, pay the seller the agreed purchase price within the agreed due date, including the cost of delivery of goods. When taking over the goods, check the goods for damage. After receipt, the goods are considered undamaged by the seller. The goods are still the property of the seller until full payment.

9. Payment terms

10. Warranty
10.1. We provide a 12-month warranty on all our products from the date of sale. As this is physical, time-consuming, and financially demanding manual work, each product is different and original, so we do not accept complaints about any small differences in products that are in line with the standards of this production.

The right to warranty repairs must be claimed at the point of sale of the product and only after agreement by e-mail or telephone.
10.2. Warranty conditions:
- The warranty period is extended by the time the product has been under warranty repair.
- When claiming warranty repair, the product must be delivered in the original packaging with the original proof of purchase of the product. The product is delivered by the customer to the seller at his own expense.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects.
- In the case covered by the warranty, the service will provide the material needed for repair and will also provide warranty service. Replaced parts and components become the property of the service.
- Warranty claims must be made no later than the last day of the warranty period.
11.3 The warranty does not apply to:
- a) Defects caused by use for a purpose other than that for which the product is intended.
- b) Damage caused by improper handling, inattention, transport, or improper storage.
- c) Damage caused by mechanical, thermal, or chemical influences (the use of a dishwasher is not recommended and in the case of painted products the use of a dishwasher is prohibited).
- d) An unavoidable event (natural disaster, fire, flood).
11. Final provisions
The seller reserves the right to modify and change these conditions. Other relations between the seller and the buyer, listed here, are governed by the provisions of the Commercial Code, as amended.
These Business Terms and Conditions enter into force on November 1, 2020.
